Registrations received after April 15th will increase $15 for members and $25 for non-members.  There will be a 15% surcharge for onsite meal purchases.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be made in full for the meeting registration fee ONLY if you notify NYCOM no later than May 3, 2023. After this date you WILL be charged for the cost of lunch: Option A eligible refund after 5/3 is $295 | Option B eligible refund after 5/3 is $205 | Guests after 5/3 are not eligible for a refund. For cancellations or no-shows after May 12, there will be NO refunds for registration or lunch (those not paid in advance will be invoiced following the conference).
