Meeting Registration Rates

Registrations received after April 15th will increase $15 for members and $25 for non-members.  There will be a 15% surcharge for onsite meal purchases.

OPTION A INCLUDES: ENTIRE Meeting Registration and Materials; Participation in ALL Sessions and Tradeshow Breaks; CONFERENCE EVENT MEALS: Thursday Lunch ONLY (Wednesday's Dinner, Thursday's Breakfast and Banquet Dinner, and Friday's Breakfast are included in the hotel room rate.)

OPTION B INCLUDES: THURSDAY (ONE-DAY) Meeting Registration and Materials; Participation in ALL Sessions and Tradeshow Breaks; CONFERENCE EVENT MEALS: Thursday Lunch ONLY (Wednesday's Dinner, Thursday's Breakfast and Banquet Dinner, and Friday's Breakfast are included in the hotel room rate.)


COMMUTER OR NOT STAYING AT HOST HOTEL CONFERENCE EVENT MEAL PACKAGE INCLUDES: Wednesday Dinner, Thursday Breakfast and Banquet Dinner and Friday Breakfast.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be made in full for the meeting registration fee ONLY if you notify NYCOM no later than May 3, 2023. After this date you WILL be charged for the cost of lunch: Option A eligible refund after 5/3 is $295 | Option B eligible refund after 5/3 is $205 | Guests after 5/3 are not eligible for a refund. For cancellations or no-shows a
fter May 12, there will be NO refunds for registration or lunch (those not paid in advance will be invoiced following the conference).
