Refunds will be made in full for the conference registration fee, dinner packages and add-on guest meals ONLY if you notify NYCOM no later than May 1, 2024. For cancellations AFTER May 1, 2024, there will be a $100 administrative fee and any conference meals purchased separately (including add-on guest meal packages) are non-refundable. No-shows are also non-refundable (those not paid in advance will be invoiced following the conference).
